While we know his movies like “Waiting For Guffman” and “Best In Show” by heart – Guest’s shorter works, such as the endlessly odd “Stu Osborne Show” — played here by Michael Hitchcock and Fred Willard to quiet perfection–are equally as funny.

The National Theater in London and director Danny Boyle have put together one of the most striking and searing multi-media productions in recent memory. Saw this in Hollywood the other night – and while you may think filmed theater is an oxymoron, I must say, this is one of the most incredible performances I’ve witnessed in any art form. What’s more, the two lead actors, superb and frightening in their own way, SWITCH ROLES every other night.

This is playing across the country in various cinemas. See it while you have the chance.
